If you're using the standalone and experience a crash with the patcher (the small window which comes up before the main game launches), send us an email to email@example.com and attach your launcher log to the email:

Mac OS X: The Missing Ink.app/Contents/MacOS/launcherLog.txt
For a crash experienced with the main game, attach your output log to the email:
Windows C:\Program Files\RedBedlam\The Missing Ink\tmi_Data\output_log.txt
Mac OS X Standalone ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log:
For a bug rather than a crash, in future we hope to allow you to upload bug reports within the game, but for now you'll have to email your problem, and your output log to us directly.
When you encounter a bug using the webplayer version, you can find the logs here:
Windows XP * C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\UnityWebPlayer\log\log_UNIQUEID.txt
Windows Vista/7 * C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\UnityWebPlayer\log\log_UNIQUEID.txt

Note that this log is deleted when you close the webplayer, so keep the game open until you've sent your bug report.
